These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the P.L.Place website and services. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Rates may change without prior notice.

• A prepayment of 50% of the total booking amount by bank transfer is required upon confirmation.

• The balance must be settled at check-in.

• City tax: 30.00 MAD per person per night (not included in the rate).

• Extra bed for children over 5 years: 500.00 MAD per bed per night, breakfast included.

• Full board supplement: 700.00 MAD per person per day.

2. Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before arrival: a credit note valid for one year from the date of cancellation will be issued, subject to availability.

• Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fees apply.

• No refund or credit note will be provided in case of early departure.

• Payments during the stay may be settled by Visa or Mastercard.

• American Express cards are not accepted.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM

• Check-out: by 12:00 PM (noon)

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests must respect hotel property and other guests’ comfort.

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.

• Pets are allowed only in designated rooms or areas and must be declared at booking.

5. Liability

• P.L.Place is not liable for personal injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings unless caused by negligence on our part.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Marrakesh, Kingdom of Morocco, Maghreb, North Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marrakesh Court.
